Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping time guarantees have been suspended by Canada Post.   

How do you get free shipping to Canada? 
• If your order's subtotal (pre-tax) is greater than $140 CAD,  free shipping to Canada!
• Free shipping will be automatically applied

What are our shipping details and delivery estimates for all countries?
Shipping within Canada:
Free delivery within Canada over $140:
• For free delivery within Canada we ship using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel (deliveries arrive within 2 to 7 business days)

Courier Service not currently available.
• If your delivery address is within Canada, you can choose to receive it within 1-2 business days by selecting the "Courier" shipping service at checkout. For this express delivery option we offer a discounted flat fee of $15CAD per order.  Express delivery is only available on orders over $140 CAD.

• For all shipping options within Canada, the rates and delivery time estimates are displayed on each cart page and during your checkout process.

Shipping to the United States has been suspended at this time.

What currency is used on the website?
All prices, shipping fees and taxes on our website are in CAD (Canadian dollars).

If I opt for a shipping method that requires payment (for example, shipping outside Canada), how can you help me reduce the shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated by our carriers using either the parcel's weight or dimensions. In either case, we therefore use the smallest size boxes, sealed bags or envelopes to reduce your shipping cost and environmental waste and to provide you with the best shipping rates possible.

When will you process my order?
We process all orders for shipment within 2-12 hours of purchase (usually the same day unless you place your order after 8pm EST, in which case we will begin the shipping process the next morning). If you require a rush delivery, please send us an email by clicking Contact Us in the footer on any page so we can arrange special handling for you.

When will I receive tracking information for my order?
You will receive a tracking link within the shipment confirmation email we will send to you at the time of parcel processing. In addition to updates by email, during the checkout process you will also have the option to receive shipment status updates via text messages and/or Facebook Messenger. Messages via text and Facebook Messenger can be disabled at any time.

Where is the location from which you will ship my items?
We ship from our retail location in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently are only shipping in Canada
