Learn to Knit Socks!
As many of you know, I am originally a crocheter. I could always knit, but wasn't very adventurous. A couple of years went by of being The Wool Queen, and I figured I had to bite the bullet and learn to knit socks.
In the product image is the very first pair of socks I ever knit, I did it in worsted weight sock yarn. I find it much easier to help teach the process, also, it happens faster so gives a sense of completion and accomplishment that I find so important when learning a new skill.
This class will run every Tuesday March 1, 8, 15 & 22 at 5:00 p.m. for 90 minutes.
What you get for your $45: some fun worsted weight sock yarn and a great set Chiaogoo DPN needles and me to help you along. You'll also end up with a pretty funky pair of cuff down socks.
What you need to take the classes: a set of 4 mm straight needles (if you don't have them I have spares to lend), a good knowledge of knit and purl stitches, how to cast on and off.
Space is limited (cuz this store is teeny and cuz Covid)
